Spring 2018 Practice Schedule
Our Spring 2018 practice schedule is similar to our Fall 2017 schedule. Weekday rides and runs are no-drop so everyone is welcome! Wednesday swim practices will have shorter sets focused on building speed; Friday swim practices will have longer, continuous sets for improving form and endurance. Thursday track workouts are coached by Rush Running Co. and are focused on building speed for 5k and 10k races.
Sunday 6:30pm- Stretching and Yoga in HPER 220
Monday 6:00pm- Group Run from Wilson Park
Tuesday 5:00pm- Group Ride from Wilson Park (begins March 13th)
Wednesday 6:00pm- Swim Practice in HPER Natatorium
Thursday 6:00pm- Track Workout at Ramay Jr. High School
Friday 5:30pm- Swim Practice in HPER Natatorium
Saturday 8:00am- Long Ride or Run from Wilson Park
