Fall Practice Schedule

The practice schedule is similar to past years practice schedules but now includes 6 opportunities each week to practice and 1 day for stretching. Each practice is not required, but highly encouraged if you want to go to Nationals. With that being said, academics comes first whether it's class or a test. We can work with your schedule, just let one of the officers know! Also, many members that may have a scheduling conflict, workout with others who cannot make practice by posting in the Facebook Group. This schedule is tentative and subject to change. If there are any changes we will post it on the Facebook page.

We look forward to seeing each of you at practice this spring! The road to Nationals '18 starts NOW!

Monday: 6pm Group Run @ Wilson Park* Tuesday: 5pm Group Ride @ Wilson Park* Wednesday: 6pm Swim @ HPER Natatorium Thursday: 6pm Group Run @ Ramay Jr. High Track Friday: 5:30pm Swim @ HPER Natatorium Saturday: 8am Run/Ride @ Wilson Park*

Sunday: 6:30pm Strength Training @ HPER Room 220

* We meet at the picnic tables across the street from the swings . Off of N. Wilson Ave.
