Bike/Run Brick Workout

Warm-Up:

30 min easy spin on the bike

 

Main Set:

3-4x15 min Time Trial/Olympic distance race pace

                      (5min recovery between each)

After the last one go straight into a run transition.

 

2x1mi run with 2min recovery and 15min jog

 

Cool Down

30 minutes easy spin on the bike
